My Story

Evelyn Ososkie, LMFT, RN, MS is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Nurse and Health and Healing Expert who brings her 35 years of experience helping people afflicted with serious, chronic or terminal illnesses. Using her own experiences from having been diagnosed with a chronic illness, she shows others how to not only manage life with these challenges, but how to overcome them and live as the vibrant beings they can be despite such afflictions. Not only does a chronic or terminal illness affect us physically but it can also have a major impact on our mental health. Using a simple yet transformational holistic approach, I show people how to “ease their disease” with a focus on the mind, body, spiritual connection. You don't have to feel alone in this journey. I am here to help you navigate and adjust to the changes and challenges you are going through so you can live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
In addition to being a Registered Nurse, Evelyn holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She is a certified life coach, integrative health coach, grief recovery specialist and Reiki Practitioner.
